Standards with 'EN' before the number are 'european norm' . most countires, if not all, have their own standards body eg UK has British standards, Ireland has the National Standards Authority of Ireland.

Is that what you are looking for? There is no one European standards body. Are you thinking about the CE marking directives?

Thus, In the UK ISO 9001 is known as: BS-EN ISO9001... British Standard - European Norm....
or in Sweden: SS-EN ISO9001... Swedish Standard - European Norm....
