You do need to add that you will monitor the quality and delivery (whatever Supplier measures Corporate wants) of products and communicate this information to Corporate for their evaluation.

If the corporate is not included in the QMS scope, then 'supplier Evaluation' which is done by the corporate should be deemed as an 'outsourced process' and must be controlled the same way as any other 'outsourced' process including defining the controls to be exercised within the subordinate unit's Quality Management System.
