I have the same problem to provide my customer, who wants a specific Quality Plan that include in quality system. Could you assist me how to make a Quality Plan and what items include in it.

I really don't think anyone can provide you a quality plan. Quality plans are based on the specific product (or service) being provided. In many cases the plan may include more than one document. But typically, the quality plan lists the processes (and process steps) involved in realizing the product, and lists particulars. Quality plans, depending on how generally you define it, could include prints, inspection sheets, control plans, work instructions, etc. However, most people tend to think of the control plan as the quality plan.

In short, the quality plan is the output(s) of quality planning.

We assemble our QMS Control Plans for each of the different parts that go into a customer's order under a nice cover sheet and a table of contents, and violá! a Quality Plan!

As it says in the ISO 9001 standard ;
"A document specifying the processes of the quality management system (including the product realization processes) and the resources to be applied to a specific product, project or contract can be referred to as a quality plan."
I've found a content description of a quality plan.
See attachment.

Best regards,

Antoine

If this is something you must/want to do, I strongly suggest you start by getting a copy of the ISO guidelines: ISO 10005:2006 Guidelines for Quality Plans

The plan itself must be specific, written and tailored for your company and the particular requirements. That's the whole point of the plan!
