Examples of quality plans in IEC 62304

Hello - I am new to the IEC 62304:2006 standard. The standard refers
to software development plans. Does anyone have examples of quality plans? I'm trying to discover
best practice, as against what is the minimum I need to do to check the box?

Welcome to the Cove. I've deleted your poll as it didn't seem to be asking anything that's not asked in your question, and there were no real choices involved. My assumption here is that you want to know what the minimum is that you have to do in order to satisfy the requirement for a development plan to exist.
