Expanding the c = 0 Small Lot Squeglia Table Sampling Plan

Hello, I am in the process of implementing a c=0 (pass/fail) sampling plan and I need to be able to expand the small lot table found in the Zero Acceptance book.
Typically we will receive a lot dispensed in multiple containers (powder or liquid) ranging from 2-75 containers. As you know the table currently specifices to a lot size of 35, but I would like to be able to expand the table to 75 or 100.
Does anyone know how the sample sizes are calcualted for the given "associated AQL"?
Thanks.

I have posted a similar question in multiple forums, and also have not received any responses.

Unfortunately I do not have the book, so I am unable to comment on the derivation of the specific table. If you give me context of the table (AQl, LQ, Sample Size) I might be able to help.

The goal in developing the small lot size table was to try to se the LQs to the LQ of the largest lot size of the large lot size c=0 table in which a constant sample size appeared.
For example, for the associated AQL of 1.0.
The small lot sizes are 5-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30 and 31-35. The samples sizes for these lot sizes are 8,8,9,10,11,12 respectively.

I would like to expand this table to 75 or even 100, although it is not likely that I would receive that many containers, for an AQL of 0.40 or 0.65.
Using the AQL of 1.0 above, how are the sample sizes determined for each lot range?
THanks

Mr. Squeglia is on "Linkedin". He may be willing to address your question. However, remember, he is a consultant for hire.

If you just go back to Table 1 to complete the rows, you get the plan in the attachment. The author explains his methodology on page 31 of the fifth edition. I don't think it would be worth the effort to draw the OC curves and determine the Limiting Quality, but someone else on the Cove might think otherwise.

The plan for 0.25 AQL is strange, as it jumps from 100% to a sample and back to 100% (I would delete that column), but the rest of it looks feasible and you can cite a statistical source for the sampling plan.
