Experience with Veeva for Ad/Promo Review?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has had experience with Veeva (specifically the PromoMats tool) for management of the ad/promo review process? I'm specifically interested in:
  1. How it potentially integrates with content creation tools that Marketing/Commercial personnel use
  2. How it can "triage" materials based on the risk of the material (e.g., a single social media post vs. a brochure that will be printed and distributed)
    1. This would help modulate the review of materials such that "lower risk" materials could be reviewed faster, for example
  3. How it measures process health (e.g., does it establish any KPIs and measure these)
Any additional perspective would be most helpful!
