Expiration Date of ASQ AS9100D certificate

I received my AS9100D Lead Auditor Certification on July 15, 2022, through ASQ, but there isn't an expiration date on the certificate. I am wanting to know when I will need to renew it before it expires. When I was first certified in 2014, someone told me it was good for 10 years but years later was told it was only good for 3 years.
I actually do not work for an Aerospace company now but work for one who is certified to ISO 9001:2015. How does one know when their certificate will expire?

You (very likely) received a certificate of “successful completion” of a training course. What, in itself, does not make you qualified nor “competent” as an aerospace auditor. There is much more than training involved for that.

Read CAREFULLY what the certificate states. One of the traits of a good auditor is to pay attention to details.
 
Yep what Sidney said. A Certificate of Completion does not mean that you're a Certified Lead Auditor, it just means you sat around for a few hours and took a test that you passed.
 
Ok, I should have been more specific. I do the internal auditor training and run the internal audit program for our company. I took the original Lead QMS Auditor AS9100D training 9 years ago through Exemplar Global/Omnex. Then in 2022, I took the AS9100:2016 Lead auditor training through ASQ. I am not wanting or trying to be anything more than the Lead Auditor at my company. In addition, my current company does not make or have anything to do with Aerospace components.
When we are audited by our external ISO auditor, he requests a copy of my internal audit certificate. I just simply wanted to know when it expires and when I should renew it.

I wasn't talking about CB auditor credentials.

You received help and it's not outside of a wheelhouse. I taught a dozen or so of those courses myself along with AS9110 & AS9120 and an additional 200 or so other Lead Auditor courses for 9001, 14001, 18001 (now 45001) and a couple other standards..........A certificate of completion was just that, one took a course and passed. In the past the certificate was valid for about 3 years before you had to do a refresher or something and never once, ever did it mean that a person was a certified lead auditor....Ever!
