How does one deal with Section 7.1.5.3.2 External Laboratory when dealing with OEM's that are not accredited? FAQ on IATF site state just a customer waiver is required, the standard says that all the requirements of an internal laboratory must be met (7.1.5.3.1). Problem arises if OEM does not have scope or procedure, how do you use the OEM?
