I agreed with Badgerman, try your best to write it yourself otherwise you could end up stuck following procedures that don't fit your business model.
Make sure you keep in contact with the FAA and ask for advise when needed, in my experience they are willing to help, it's in their interest for you to comply with the requirements. Expect the manual to be reworked several times also before it's accepted, and probably a few times after as your Principal Inspector changes, as they all seem to have their own ideas on what is acceptable.
Don't try and copy someone elses RSM and QCM either, what was acceptable doesn't seem to be the case for a new applicant.
Stick with it, it will pass with work, and I found that writing the RSM and the QCM really were the hardest part of getting approved. Good luck.
