Such a promising title...such a useless read. 
My team's structure and dynamics have drastically changed over the past year and we've been struggling with corporate memory loss. The solution, according to the author, is to partner up with schools (okay, that works from a technical perspective) and stalk your employees' online networks (wtf?!?!). How about identifying core competencies? Followed with assessing current gaps in meeting those competencies and training, enabling and mentoring to meet those gaps. Me thinks the author missed the point.
