Hola a todos
solo escribo para avisarles que existe una nueva revision del manual de la AIAG del FMEA (tercera edición).

El manual no ha sido liberado por la AIAG actualmente, yo me entere por un draft, donde hay cambios notables:

En controles actuales se especifica si son de deteccion o de prevencion.

Cambian los criterios para la determinacion de los indices de severidad, ocurrencia y deteccion.

Los criterios para las acciones recomendadas cambian tambien, siendo los nuevos un poco mas claros que en la edicion anterior.

Esta revision es muy semejante al manual de Ford para FMEA's que puede ser consultado en su pagina de internet.

Hola Alex, esta es mi aportacion :

Lo que me llamo mucho la atencion es la clarificacion para los criterios de severidad, ocurrencia y deteccion, que en la segunda edicion eran muy complejos y dado el caso ocacionaban problemas en su interpretación
