It is not some much for your needs as for your process. A simple process may only have 1-2 potential causes for a particular failure mode, while a more complex process might have 9-10 potential causes spread across multiple operations.

hi, recently I show my FMEA's (D and P) and I got from the auditor the comment that I'm mixing in process with product stuff. Can some one provideme an example (template) of both FMEA's?

Generally the best source for automotive work is the AIAG FMEA manual. You might also find examples here by clicking on the "Post Attachment Files" tab at the top of the page and doing a search.

What did the auditor mean by "mixing in process and product stuff"?
