FMEA Process assessment In the Draft for the AIAG/VDA FMEA Manual is gone

Hello all,

In the Draft for the AIAG/VDA FMEA Manual was proposed an assessment tables arranged according to the initially proposed 6 steps.

I can't find it in the newly and freshly released Manual, any chance somebody has a similar tool for assessment in hand?
