QOS Forms
Does anyone have any QOS forms or other information that you can 'attach' in a reply to this post? Self assessment or anything like that?
I have a November 1993 "QOS Assessment and Rating Procedure", a "QOS Assessment Form" (revised 7/12/1996), a "QOS Primer" from 1996 and a "Q1 Award Process and Requirements Manual" (version 2.0 dated July 1997) and, lastly, the "Q1 Award Process and Requirements Manual" (version 1.0 dated July 1995) - all of these are paper. Not a big deal there. I'm mainly looking to see if there is newer stuff out there re: QOS before I start calling Ford.
Q1 isn't a pressing issue at this time. My client's agreement with Ford is a September 2003 deadline if I'm reading this letter correctly. It's a transportation company - no manufacturing. They're already ISO 9001:1994 and will soon be upgrading to ISO 9001:2000.
