Ford's Q1 Score Prediction

Does anyone have a useful spreadsheet for predicting Q1 score and changes? While looking at the current Q1 score, I would like to quickly predict the impact of immature data and better calculate changes based on expected performance results. This would help provide clear direction of focus point activity to improve the overall score.

Seems like one ought to be able to set up a Statistical Process Control methodology to do so. But we would need some specifics on what the Ford Q1 program is . . .
