Next, I hate to bother Marc if he needs to hunt down all the ELV/IMDS/GADSL threads currently in the TS forum and moved them over to the new place

The key here is Thread Titles. I can easily find and move threads with subject key words in the title.

The field of restricted substances is going beyond automotive with RohS and REACH (and the upcoming EPA regulation) and management standards (such as TS, ISO 9000, ISO 14001).

"RoHS, REACH, ELV, IMDS and Restricted Substances Related Regulations" sounds good to me.

Definitely would be interested in a REACH forum, this is going to affect all sorts of industries. Surprised there is not one already.
