Found Blue Green Rust in Bolt after Salt Spray Testing

Mostly in the fastener Zn Plating Process only White or Red Rust will Appear,Ijust want to know process Of Plating?,Is it a Hexavalent Black or Trivalent Black?,danglers used in the barrel are of copper or something else.

I am definately agree on this that their isContamination in Bath.

Look under the microscope. It is surface rust or has the skin of the plating been broken and is the rust coming from underneath?

Most likely contamination in the plating process. (baths are used to plate different materials....)
