I am new to The Quality world with the switch over from being a machinist to being town into Quality. My boss ask me to come up with a receiving inspection procedure or a defined work instruction to put into a book. I see there are so many people on this site with so much knowledge.Does some one have an example I could look at to maybe see were to start. THANKS

I have a BSI checklist that I have been using for a few years. Just tell me how to send it to you and I am delighted to share. One thing though, make sure you play special attention to your competency and continual improvement, they looking for more detail this year in your procedure and flow charting.

I am interested in a salesman's call sheet if someone has a good one.
