Hello there,

Could you please suggest me some templates for computing the costs of conformance. We are planning to calculate the inspection costs initially.
Later on we are planning to move on to other appraisal and prevention costs.
Any advise in this regard is welcome. Also, if there are better means for computing COQ kindly suggest.
This forum is brilliant !!
Thanks in advance

I've been told/advised that each point of the ISO Standard should be covered at least once for every three years of internal auditing (maybe it was yearly but anyway). It was also stated that a process approach to auditing, if taught and performed correctly, will tend to cover fully all the points of the standard.

I made a simple matrix anyway just to see how well we did using that line of thought. Take a look and try it or something similar if you wish.

Maybe someone can reply and clarify for me and others the thoughts above.

Thanks

Re: Internal audit checklist ISO9001-2000

I prepared a Internal Audit based on ISO/TS 16949:2002, but it`s i Persian language! and I don`t have enough time to translate it. If you want it,I`ll email it for you.
on the other hand,I agree with Helmult Jilling in the "using someone elses checksheets would not liekly fit very well"! any way having some example of internal audit checklist can help to benchmark a good checklist relavanted in your system!

You might want to share here as there are quite a few people who come here who speak Persian.
