Free Sales Certificate for Non Medical Devices

Hello Guys.. need your advise!

Bella, from Malaysia, working at Hospital Equipment company as Document Controller which is in charge product registration.

I has customer at Thailand. They interested and want to buy our item. But those item they want is considered as Non-Medical device in Malaysia. but in their country, these item is medical device. So they request the Free Sales Certificate for that item.

And the another problem is there is no organization available to issued this certificate for Non-Medical device item.

What should i do?

Tell her to get it from a different country where it is a medical device and she can get a CFS for it

Or if you want to legally send it to Thailand you can regulate it as a medical device and export it from Malaysia to Thailand with a CFS

Dear Bella,

Im from Malaysia too. Are you in a manufacturing setting? or having registration with the SSM? you can apply this FSC through Matrade with SSM.
