French Norms/Procedures

Hi everybody,

does anybody knows following french norms/procedures:
Q620230: system audit
Q610200: process audit

In a recent external audit I was asked if I fullfil the requirements of one of our french customers with respect to their auditor requirements.

Any help would be appreciated.

This should take you a step closer, but I couldn't find the norms you mentioned. I think you are missing some identifier in you standard #, maybe a period somewhere. Good luck.
