So what I am specifically interested in is what kind of record we should be generating to prove we have reviewed our procedures. I work in Med Dev and we have a ton of procedures... I am
in Compliance and act as the companies Internal Auditor. I do cover the procedures in the audits but to be honest I cant say that every procedure is reviewed in the detail it deserves (we have approx 75 procedures, its way too much but thats for another post).
Currently we manage the review in a spreadsheet, but with our recent purchase of an electronic system to handle Document Control I would like to set up and automatic notification that document reviews are due. I am wondering if we were questioned about this the notification would be acceptable as proof of the document review?
