We recently had a Consultant come in hopes of helping us reach our implementation goal. He advised us that we could potentially receive 50% or more of his service fee back through the "Workforce Investment Act". :mg: This is federal money that is filtered to individual states for workforce stability. Has anyone heard of this or been successful in doing this type of thing. He said he would complete the required paperwork. Comments?

Probably doesn't apply to you.

Implementation costs are tax deductable though.

Check with your local community college. Funding sources your consultant discussed are available in Illinois. Federal dollars come to our state. The state then forms a group to distribute the money. There are a couple hoops to jump through but they are relatively large and low to the ground. This year we recieved approximately 3K in matching dollars for trainings.
