There are no specific requirements for frequency in either standard. I don't know what "...how should they be listed?" means.

Equipment manufacturer will recommend you to calibrate the equipment least once a year.
It all depends on your frequency of use and the precision and tolerance required by your organization..
But most importantly what is the frequency stated in your procedure

I've never seen such a recommendation for mechanical devices.

It all depends on your frequency of use and the precision and tolerance required by your organization.

Frequency of use may or may not be relevant. What's important is observation of the "as found" condition when devices are calibrated. If a given device needs adjustment when calibrated, it's an indication that more frequent calibration might be necessary. On the other hand, if a device continually doesn't need adjustment, the calibration intervals might be lengthened.

But most importantly what is the frequency stated in your procedure

What's important is that the calibration interval stated in the procedure is actually what's needed.
