Gage R&R Software which provides Bias and Linearity Information

We have been getting more requests from our customers to include bias and linearity studies with our gage R & R's. Our current software will not calculate either one, so I am looking for recommendations as to what gage R & R software program I should buy. Your help is appreciated.
