I am trying to find some example for a gage R&R for a non replicable samples (pull tester or torque analyzer)

The following are a few resources for you:
Regarding the torque analyzer, this is more of a calibration device (like a super mic) to ensure you have your wrenches set correctly. If you feel an R&R is necessary, you could use a click type torque wrench, change the click setting to represent different parts then analyze it using a nested R&R study and evaluate the suitability using %Tol.
