The comany I work for is very small (7people) and is not registered at all. I have to create a Manual in order for us to become approved for a neuclear company.
My boss HAS mentioned about us going ISO, and I agree that this has been a valuable lesson for me.
Anyway nothing left to do but correct a billion typos.

Yikes... we had almost the same thing...a request for a GAP analysis based on CSA Z299.3. By looking at this thread, it seems it is an obsolete standard. We're already ISO 9001 and have many product approvals. A customer sent an on-site audit checklist for us to "fill out"... but now we've got to provide them with evidence. It doesn't seem very aligned with 9001 requirements (even the older revisions). It seems to mandate a procedure that explains how we do calibration.
