Hi all,
I have been assigned to carry out a Gauge R & R study on a Leica Laser Tracker.
Has anyone ever carried out a similar study on a Laser Tracker..?
As I am puzzled about how to carry out the study.
In previous Gauge R & R studies,I have measured 10 parts (in a mass production environment) using a CMM machine & 3 users performing 3 trials each.
The differences with this study is that it is not a mass production environment
(we only produce 1 off large fixtures) so I cannot use 10 samples..!
also the laser tracker is different to the CMM beacuase the CMM always relied on the controller & DCC software to measure exactly the same point each time on each sample.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
