Energy,
I just read this thread and I think you (or Weathertite's owner) have hit on a very important quality point: the job's not finished until the paperwork's done. Many would accept that a roof rebuilt properly, that doesn't leak for 25-30 years, is the job they paid for. However, full return of the property to pre-roofer condition cannot and should not be underestimated when considering a roofer. Damage to structure, landscaping, yard equipment and personnel (read this as child or grandchild in the emergency roof with a roofing nail in their foot) must be considered if your contractor's crew leaves shingles, nails, beverage cans, and lunch wrappers all over your yard (and in your gutters). Nice work!
Marc,
I consider the Cove to be on par with Energy's roofing business with regards to quality of work! Keep it up, or should I say, please let us keep it up!
Thanks,
John
