you aren't going to find a one size fit all audit checklist. IATF audits need to be done to your requirements, and more importantly, to you customers. If you audit the standard, clause by clause, you wouldn't really be following the automotive process approach.
Use your process maps. What are your processes? What are the inputs and outputs? What customer specific requirements apply? Are you getting the results you planned for? If not, what plans are in place to correct/improve it?

you will get a lot more valuable information from the process approach as opposed to "am i compliant to 8.x.y.z?"
