I’m currently working on a project aimed at establishing global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and local Work Instructions (WIs) across countries and regions in the healthcare sector (oncology, patient support, and medical devices). I’m looking to connect with peers or experts who have experience in developing a structured, multi-level SOP/WI framework.

Yep, just do as a couple of my clients do..............Write the documents saying they belong to everyone to meet. It's not complicated.
