Sometimes we win the Quality battle, sometimes we lose it. The automotive industry's quality seems to be in a terrible downward spiral right now. While the overall quality of their products seems to get better and better, these recalls are way out of hand these days. It certainly doesn't inspire confidence for the consumer.

I like conspiracy theory, it seems that SHE was nominated to be a scapegoat. Too much recalls since she is there.
