I am not sure for an equivalent standard of GMP for textile chemicals but could certainly direct to one ICH (International Conference on Harmonization) standard for Pharmaceuticals, Q7 for GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE GUIDE FOR ACTIVE PHARMACEUTICAL INGREDIENTS, which is for manufacturing API by chemical synthesis, extraction, fermentation etc.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked FDA, EU, ISO, BSI and pdf search engines even to get a piece of information but it makes no sense.
And the reference you have linked is good, but for medicenal purposes. Those guys manufacture pool, textile and heater chemicals. That reference bears far more responsibility then they should.
