Hi Claes Gefvenberg,

Thanks for your advise. I just visited your thread made in March 2004. I feel, my current system is far better compared to your tones of prcedures. I still have some problem which I posted through this forum and get some comments too.
I am still facing to modify the quality objectives. The objectives should not reamin as unchanged, it keeps on changing when we acheive the goal. But what will create always for an organisation like scaffolding services like me?

your valid suggestion in this regard is higly appreciate.

Hawkeye,
Congrats on your new position.
I do agree with your idea. But I have some other suggestions for you as well.
Instead of making manual or procedures or any other documentation, develop comprehensive flow charts (along with the identification of responsibilities, decision points and formats etc) of core processes. It will not only reduce the process of documentation but it will be a good tool for training of your employees.
And in case if u face any problem in near future, these flow charts will be helpful to identify actual issue.
Regards
Abdulrahman
