Our company has a GTIN number which starts with 0.
However when we register an Inner Pack and Case GTIN, by allocation GTIN automatically by GS1, it also starts with 0.
But our contract manufacturer says that it should be like this
Base unit (EA) begins with a 0
Inner Pack starts with a 1
Case starts with a 2
He has given the Check Digit method for manually assigning 1 and 2.
However when we do that, the Inner Pack and Case are assigned as for shipping purpose only and the Base unit is only purchasable.
We want the base unit, Inner Pack and Case all three to be purchasable.
But when we do that in GS1, it gives GTIN starting from 0 for Inner Pack and Case.
Is there a solution to get Inner Pack starting from 1 and Case starting from 2 and all 3 purchasable?
