H2O2 sterilization indicator - erroneous indication

Greetings,

Does anyone have knowledge of what materials or processes, aside from H2O2 vapor, might change an H2O2 exposure indicator from green to yellow? There have been a few Tyvek pouches with built-in peroxide indicators that have turned yellow without being exposed to H2O2 vapor.
Would any common cleaning/wipe-down agents cause the change and which might be the culprit? Sun/UV/Heat/Gamma?
Note that these aren't being used for H2O2 sterilization, they are COTS pouches that happen to include that indicator.

the hope in querying Elsmar is that someone with experience in this area might be able to shed light on the specificity of these indicators to H2O2 and whether other peroxides or oxidizers might cause the color change or if the color change narrows the search to sources of H2O2 contamination.

Perhaps the above phrasing lends better guidance. google is where This search began, and, as Randy’s link has evidenced, data specific to my question is difficult to locate.

The chemical colour-change reaction and potential cross-sensitivity of the colour shift may be specific for the manufacturer of these indicators. These information is typically not publicly available. You may want to contact the manufacturer of your pouches with your questions.

Yep it is, bottom line, exposure to something occurred. From looking at some of the links there are differing scenarios that could cause the change.
