Hand-written notes for CQE exam

I am preparing for CQE exam currently. As reference material for the exam, I am planning to take (1) ASQ's CQE handbook, and (2) my hand-written notes in a ring binder.

My question is about no. (2): These hand-written notes will be loose, but punched and put in a ring binder. It would be possible to take out any paper from the binder, although I don't plan to actually take them out. The notes will be on both sides of paper, so that there will be no blank paper in the binder.

Will this be allowed in the exam?

Why don't you ask them and get the real skinny instead of potential guess work?
