Yes, "tap bolt" is commonly used to describe a fully-threaded bolt. In fact, if you included "tap bolt" in the description you would probably be safe in eliminating the "fully-threaded" wording.
All good information, and dare I say it, common sense. What I really wanted to verfy was:
Is “TAP BOLT” and industry common term?
If it is I wanted Engineer to chnge its description from SPCL (special) which it is not.
