Has anyone received the ASQ publication of the DIS for ISO9001:2000?

Has anyone received the ASQ publication of the DIS for ISO9000:2000? I thought it was due out by the middle of this month.

I ORDERED IT FROM ASQ ON THE 17TH. ISO DIS 9000:2000, 9001:2000, 9004:2000 $40.00 + 6.25 SHIPPING AND PROCESSING.
