Hi, has anyone experienced this before? We are planning to have an audit for the purpose of getting the CE-mark for our product. And for this purpose we are intending to fly down the representative and documents of the processes that are subcontracted to them to our country (our suppliers are doing a portion of design, purchasing, and I belief their staffs need to have the competency). Should only one representative capable of handling all the functions come down for the audit or should the dept representatives come down themselves for the audit...Is there a requirement based on ISO 13485 on this? Thank you in advance.
