Health Canada - How can a US Supplier supply APIs to Canadian Manufacturers

We are a US Supplier (Not a manufacturer) of Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic ingredients and APIs which are supplied to manufacturers of finished cosmetics and OTC products.

What would be need to do to be able to sale and supply Lidocaine, Benzocane, Hydrocortisone, and Miconozale to Canadian manufacturers? Is there a license required, etc.?

Instead of hit & miss here, have you tried the relevant Canadian government ministry?
