Help needed creating a 5 S pack detailing the 5 S principal

Hi All,

I ve been asked to create a pack detailing the 5 S principal, which I think I can just about manage, but I m struggling on creating supporting documents, such as scorecards, so areas can be scored against the 5 S criteria, red tags and rosters, to ensure that cleaning and complying with the 5 S occurs at the end of every shift.

Anyone any ideas or suggestions?

1) Tell people they need to clean things up at the end of the shift.
2) Give them time to do it.
3) Check to see if they've done it or not.
