Help Needed

Hi, I work within the Plastic manufacturing industry, We are looking for a system that when a customer has a concern /complaint over a component we have made and we need to send us samples, does any one have a system that lists faults then you can then get a form with what samples we need back.
i.e
1. bottle that when they label has bubbles in it, samples needed are unlabelled bottles, filled bottles, labelled bottles with caps,
2. caps are not fitting, samples needed are caps, any inserts, and bottles cap is fitting

any help with this would be great

I think you will find that any system that has a “Part Return” template (aka a Return Material Authorization or RMA) will require you to enter the specific complaint options for your industry and product. You will also want to enable the entry of ‘new’ or unique complaints/defects as you will likely not be able to think of everything…
