Help with Acrobat Pro....Can I flatten documents?

I have a signature stamp that I put on our controlled documents and need to "Flatten" the document. Can this be done in Acrobat Pro?
I could do it on my old PDF converted (from Nuance) - but I can't seem to find out how in the Adobe Acrobat.

Suggestions?

Thanks - that did it. It's not as easy to use as PDF converter but it does the job.
