I didn't have time to review it real closely but it appears Andrews attempted to identify all the places where "records" are mentioned in the standard. It is a pretty good generic list but I don't think it is all inclusive (ex. it doesn't appear to address the quality manual and although it mentions customer owned property, it only includes lost and damaged property).

I am sure it offers a great guide for starters but I don't think it should be relied on as covering everything. Maybe Andrews could clean it up and bring it up to date for us.
