Intrimikes are manufactured by Tesa (Brown & Sharpe). You may want to contact them directly to get the information you need. I do not know if there are specific (written) calibration standards for these types of gages.
Re: How do I calibrate InterMics (tri-mics)- Standards?
We calibrate IntraMics using plain ring gages, usually a minimum of 3 plain rings within the measuring range of the gage. You will need a minimum of class X tolerance for the plain ring gages.
