Thanks for your input. The customer is based in South Africa, but they do not have anything for me to work with, so have recommended we get consultants on board to implement our GMP's, PRP's, SOP's and possible HACCP as well.
We dont have the available funds currently so I am trying to do as much as possible with the help of my colleagues.
I guess where I am confused is what the difference is between all the above. I am busy developing processes & procedures for my business. I have attached an example of one so you can give me some constructive criticism. I am using the books by Stephen Page as my reference, which I bought from Bizmanualz.com. Are these any good?
