My question is How do you evaluate of some course eg. Awareness training, Concept etc.

Could you please give us more details in the question? Do you means how to verify the effectiveness of a training or what else?
I could say that there are many methods, such as pre and post test at the beginning and at the end of a training in the class room.
if you means on the job training, you can proceed with an eventual certification of the person if he/she is able to proceed and and expert signs for this .:bigwave:

The training is always a need based exercise and the stuffs made to aid the training delivery (course details) must be framed from the various inputs of what specific training, levels of the target group to be trained, duration, and the evaluation can be from reviews from other experts, target group managers, trial runs and going further from the feedback got from nominees of the training course.

There are two views on this. One is that awareness is only awarness and is therefore not evulated or tested.

The other is that is training therefore its testable. To my way of thinking all that would be necssary in either case would be a list of attendees at the session and a copy of the material presented.

I know this raises the issue of determining personal competency but this can be achieved in ways others have described. Given attendes a questionaire is simply the simple approach and it smells of arse covering, re auditors and arguments with those who like to split hairs, more than competency assessment.
