Resurrecting an old thread.

All the previous calculations now have to be re-done using Risk Based Thinking. Obviously the "positive risk" :argue: is not to change the burnt bulb, thus consuming less energy and helping the climate change challenge.

What IS Risk Based Thinking? I can find this term in the engineering or management literatura :p

Not really. Apparently any "climate change challenge help" associated with light bulbs is absolutely negligible when compared with the consumption of one average beef burger.
