Hello Rashid,
You actually attached 3 documents, and I saw that the policy statements themselves are identical. Am I correct?
Let's start by looking at what ISO 9001:2000, Clause 5.3 says:
5.3 Quality policy
Top management shall ensure that the quality policy
a) is appropriate to the purpose of the organization,
b) includes a commitment to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system,
c) provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives,
d) is communicated and understood within the organization, and
e) is reviewed for continuing suitability.
The line that got my attention is 5.3 b).
Your quality policy does not include a reference to "a commitment to complying to requirements." It does not have to be exactly worded as in the Standard, but I don't see it. Also, continual improvement is missing.
Your policy reads more like a mission statement. A statement that says how we get from
here to
there. "There" being the vision of the organization.
Please look at some great Quality Policy examples here at The Cove Forums. Don't copy verbatim, make it your
own, and should represent your company well.
